Our Team
Juliana
Co-Founder | Reformer PilatesJuliana brings her teaching experience, strength and unmistakable energy into the Pilates world, and that energy tends to be contagious. After using Reformer Pilates as part of her own recovery from a back injury, she saw firsthand how valuable Pilates can be for building strength, control and confidence in movement. That experience sparked a passion for bringing those same benefits into other people’s lives.
Known around HQ as the queen of spicy flows, Juliana loves a class that feels purposeful and effective. She is always ready to challenge you, encourage you to find that little bit extra and remind you just how capable you are.
What to expect in my classes:
Prepare to feel the burn. Juliana loves strong, effective sequences, clever progressions and a class that makes every minute count.
Lizzie
Co-Founder | Reformer PilatesLizzie loves helping people discover that movement doesn't have to be all-or-nothing. Coming from a strength-training background, she was drawn to Pilates for the completely different way it challenged strength, stability, mobility and control. Her classes are designed to give people room to work at their own level while still encouraging them to try something new and surprise themselves along the way.
For Lizzie, Pilates isn't about chasing perfection. It's about moving consistently, building confidence and finding something you genuinely enjoy coming back to.
What to expect in my classes:
Flowing movement, plenty of options and progressions, a good playlist and the occasional spicy surprise.
Teresa
Mat Pilates | Reformer Pilates | YogaWith more than 27 years of experience teaching Pilates and yoga, Teresa brings an incredible depth of knowledge to Reformer HQ, from well before Reformer Pilates became quite as trendy as it is today.
She has a particular passion for core function, alignment, mindful movement and quality of technique, and believes that good form and body awareness create the foundation for strong, sustainable movement in everyday life.
Whether she is teaching on the Mat, the Reformer or guiding a yoga class, Teresa brings a calm, experienced eye to the room. Her classes encourage you to slow things down, connect movement with breath, understand what your body is doing and make every movement count.
What to expect in my classes:
Mindful, purposeful movement guided by your breath, with a strong focus on core engagement, alignment and technique. Teresa’s classes encourage you to connect with your body, move with awareness and find the balance between strength, control and ease, leaving you feeling stronger, more balanced and energised.
Lou
Reformer Pilates | Mat Clinical Pilates (in training)Lou discovered Pilates as a valuable complement to other forms of fitness, particularly as a way to support strength, mobility and injury prevention alongside activities such as running. She has been teaching Reformer for over two years and has continued to expand her knowledge through further training in Mat and Clinical Pilates, bringing a thoughtful and increasingly movement-focused approach to her classes.
Lou may have a calm teaching style, but don’t let that fool you. Her classes are known for clever layering, controlled progressions and those deceptively small movements that bring on the Pilates shakes. She loves creating flows that feel good in the body while still delivering plenty of strength, control and challenge.
What to expect in my classes:
A feel-good flow blending strength, control and connection, with plenty of encouragement, thoughtful layers and a few cheeky pulses along the way.
Zoe
Mat Pilates | Reformer Pilates Zoe has been teaching Pilates for over two years, across both Mat and Reformer. She first found Pilates after having her daughter, using it as a way to rebuild her core strength, reconnect with her body and support her mental wellbeing. That experience shaped the way she now teaches. Zoe is passionate about helping others feel stronger, more supported and more confident in their movement, without feeling like they need to push beyond what their body needs on the day.
Her classes strike a beautiful balance between nurturing and challenging, with plenty of options, encouragement and reminders to listen to your body, take what you need and give what you can.
What to expect in my classes:
Supportive, thoughtful movement with enough challenge to help you build strength and confidence, while always giving you permission to work at your own level.
